Wedding-Style Video Editor

Hi there,

Please read the entire description as I have specific requests towards the bottom. My company is looking for a talented video editor who has experience with Adobe Premiere CC, but above all, someone who can tell strong, compelling stories through video editing.

The types of videos that would need to be created are videos similar to what a wedding video would look like. It would have the same heartwarming emotion, pacing, and mood that you would feel when watching a wedding video. We are looking for someone who can recognize powerful clips and edit them in a way that pulls on people's heartstrings. We need someone who's aware of which moments to include and what awkward scenes to leave out. This person must also know what speaking parts to include in the video and whether that would add to the story or not.

The final videos would be 3-5 minutes long and would include music and audio of people speaking.

I'm looking for someone who can work for $5/hour as projects come. I'm expecting to have 2-3 videos every month that would need to get edited.
