Inside Sales Representative

An industrial supply company is looking for call center agents for its US operations. In this position, you’ll play a key role in finding and supporting new carriers for the company. You will find new sales leads, close deals, and interact with our carriers to answer questions, and solve problems. We will pay you a base salary and performance bonuses.

Duties and Responsibilities

Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Cold call potential leads
Share information about company/product by following sales scripts
Lead carrier through the onboarding process
Maintain record of calls through CRM
Promptly respond to customer questions submitted via multiple communication channels
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
Requirements and Qualifications

College, Four Year Degree or equivalent
Customer service experience required
Two years of sales experience required
Familiarity with CRM systems
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong phone skills, i.e. diction, active listening
Ability to communicate and interact with a variety of people, both externally with customers and internally with company team members and other departments
Time management skills
Ability to multitask
Outgoing, friendly, compassionate personality
