CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
1. Prepares client / sales visit agenda and presentations.
2. Facilitate and oversee the implementation of operations project (organic / and or newly acquired accounts).
3. Coordinate effectively with internal teams, marketing company counterparts and end clients to ensure implementation activities are geared towards the project targets and KPI’s as well as client expectations.
4. Create and manage the transition plan to the Operations team after the completion of implementation activities.
5. Prepare posts implementation reports and case study to identify wins, challenges and gaps that will be used as key learnings for future project implementations.
6. Ensure a strong consistent relationship with client (Client relations satisfaction).
7. Ensure an accurate assessment of client satisfaction of all times using various resources (regular daily contacts, weekly / monthly / quarterly business reviews).
8. Establish regular one on one contact in order to foster strong commercial relationships with key client influencers and decision makers.
9. Develop and implement a strategic client management plan to ensure the ongoing success of the relationship.
Qualifications:
1. College graduate with a degree in business and marketing, management or related course.
2. With at least 5 years minimum experience in Merchandising Industry.
3. Willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
4. Willing to work under minimal supervision.
5. Trustworthy and gives primary importance in confidentiality.
