Store Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Can organize daily operations and innervate staff to provide excellent customer service.
2. Provides good atmosphere, healthy environment for the customers and staff.
3. Monitors daily expenses, revenues and ordering supplies.
4. Maintain records of expenses and revenues and help boost the store profit.
5. Teach the staff to deal with customers concerns and establish friendly relationships with customers.
6. Recruits and train staff in preparing orders and proper use of equipment. Enforce cleaning and safety standards and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
