SALES ASSOCIATE (SM MEGAMALL, SM MAKATI, SM SOUTHMALL, SM MARIKINA, SM MALL OF ASIA)

QUALIFICATIONS
-Candidates must be at least High School Graduate/Vocational/Undergraduate/College Graduate
-With at least 6 months solid experience as a Sales Demo
-Male/ Female
-18 to 30 years old
-Minimum of 5’0 in height for Female; 5’5 for male.
-Must have pleasing personality
-Ability to read, write and perform basic math
-Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Greeting customers, responding to question, improving engagement with merchandise and providing excellent customer service.
-Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
-Superior product knowledge and discuss available options
-Maintain in-stock and orderly appearance throughout the selling and stockroom area
-Up-sell products to increase purchase amounts
-Provide customers with information on product price and promotions.
-Actively seek out customers in store
-Handle returns of merchandise
-Comply with inventory control procedures
-Submit sales report on time
