We are looking for a EXPERIENCE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT who is experience, accurate, quick and responsive, who knows how to communicate professionally, identify sales leads and manage closely with Director.
* You should be RELIABLE, and gets work done FAST and ACCURATE.
* You should be good at following instructions and documenting processes.
* You should be sales oriented, able to identify sales leads and communicate professionally.
* You should have a reliable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop to perform your online work.
* Knowledge of LinkedIn,
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
* LinkedIn (Sales Navigator) and Social Media management experience
* EXCELLENT command of the English language, both in speaking and writing
* Great skills for Microsoft Excel
* Fast typing skills
* Content management
*
* Web research
* Data entry
Responsibilities but not limited to the following:
* Gather information & leads from LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Data entry for desired filtered database information.
* Manage & update LinkedIn content
* Work Closely and communicate regularly with Director
You must possess the following qualities:
* Have prior experience as general VA
* Quick in understanding instructions
* Have initiative to improve and get things done
* Can follow instructions clearly
* Report to work on time
* Execute tasks with minimal supervision
