1. Provide customers with friendly and professional communication during inbound calls enquiries.
2. Manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems and provide general information.
3. Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers by gaining their trust and respect.
4. Provide excellent customer service and attend to customer's requests.
5. Advise customers with clear and accurate information.
6. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
7. Offer alternative solutions with the objective of retaining customer business.
8. Contacting and notifying clients of delinquent accounts by telephone to solicit payment.
9. Negotiate repayment terms that work for both customer and the company.
10. Work as a team and ensure that the contact centre service level is met.
11. Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualification
1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree holder.
2. Previous experience in call center and tele-sales is preferably.
3. Comfortable to work in call centre environment.
4. An individual who is customer-oriented, has a positive attitude, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
5. Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
6. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
7. Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, and to actively look for ways to help people.
8. Ability to persuade others to change their minds or behaviour.
9. Willing to work on weekend, two rest days will be given on weekday.
