JAVASCRIPT FOR GOOGLE SHEETS SCRIPTS

I'm hoping to find someone that can help me write scripts for google sheets. If you have done this sort of thing before, that is great, but if you have sufficient programming experience in Javascript or another language I'm sure you can learn. I have 0 experience and I have learned a fair amount myself.

If you can do Excel VBA as well that is a huge advantage since I will sometimes have to use Excel.
