Web Researching Lead/ cold calling sales representative

We are looking for a lead research specialist by looking to the web for 300 Contacts together cold call/ you will be responsible for telephone, cold call, CRM web research for your on contacts and processing marketing leads for you to sale, you will be a part of the sale team to close the sale. and generating summarized reports of their key findings. Skills that we are looking for a researcher and sales are as follows. the company is looking for loyalty motivated friendly, humor going above and beyond for your company. once again lead research specialist/cold-calls/ CRM WEB researcher/ Appointment Setter, we want someone who is professional and has experience in sales, cold calling, leads researcher in the WEB. and appointment setting, B2B, telecommute, email prospecting; qualifying processing marketing for your self. generating summarized reports of their key findings. Skills that we are looking as follows:

you will do your on CRM web research of 300 Contacts/ lead generation/ cold call/ also sale agent to sale our cleaning services to potential clients we offer commercial cleaning is offices & residential is residential building, multiplex, hotel cleaning.


• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
• Strong background in Sales
• Excellent negotiation Skills
• Experience in lead generation, research specialist)
• Experience working in the BPO Industry (highly preferred but, not required)
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results to close the sale
• Able to deliver sales presentation with passion, commitment, courtesy and professionalism with ethical selling standards
• Able to build trust and rapport with customers
• Positive attitude towards work with high level of integrity
• Able to make 300 calls per day with 4 to 3 sales per day.
• Must be willing to work ASAP

Working Hours: Monday through Friday; 9am to 3pm, EST
Pay via PayPal
Plus Bonuses on each of your sales
