Job Responsibilities
Generate/qualify leads as new business opportunities
Proactively initiates and executes calls to prospective clients
Confidently present the company’s services and solution capabilities to decision makers
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Recommend product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Monitor/ Report weekly sales results
Stay up-to-date with developing products/services and new pricing plans
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
Degree in Marketing, Business, Management or relevant field
Minimum of three year experience
