JOB SUMMARY:
Document specialist job has the responsibility for creating and maintaining control on the assign company’s processes and improvements include:
Desktop Creation – Current/Future payroll tools and upcoming projects processes.
ISO Documentation
SLA Monitoring and all existing and future clients
Identify and implement processes
Approve documents for adequacy prior to the issue
Review, update (if necessary), and re-approve documents
Identify the changes and current document revision status
Make relevant documents available at points of use
Ensure the documents remain legible and readily identifiable
Identify external documents and control their distribution
Prevent obsolete documents from unintended use
Apply suitable identification if obsolete documents are retainedProvides reports for line manager as required
Maintain payroll system integrity and create/update payroll procedure manuals as necessary
Ensures compliance with all internal quality control requirements
Supports payroll projects and other projects as assigned
Perform and assist on audit
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality for all company documents
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related course
Microsoft Office
At least 3 yrs of experience in a complex payroll environment
Good with numbers, abstract reasoning and logical thinking
Experience with ISO and Desk procedure creations
Managing Audits
Multi-tasker
Provide excellent reports
Excellent time management skills and organizational skills
