YouTube video Editor & Thumbnail creator

Need someone who has a good, fast computer with WiFi (or can get WiFi) needs to semi know how to video edit OR can learn. My videos do not have to be perfect by any means just need someone to take the time to edit. sometimes i will ask you, “make this video more dramatic” or “make this video funny” etc depending on my video. Most videos will be makeup related! So a lot of cutting out and speeding up is going to be involved. Also i would like someone who has semi experience or can learn to picture edit and make thumbnails for each video you edit.
