Full Time Web Dev Needed - up to 100k php per mo. - PST Hours

Hello There! Glad you made it here! My name is Steve and I am the CEO of Increase Your Profits a fun internet marketing company located in sunny San Diego CA. We have been in business for 20 years and counting! Our mission is to build a profitable dynamic company with aspiring people delivering amazing results!

We are looking for a full time, long term Web Developer to join our team. Your must work 40 to 50 hours per week PST hours Monday - Friday from 7am - ---------- nights or weekends 95% of the time! Every once in a while we will have a client emergency but not very often.

Job Responsibilities:

Be the head M.F. in charge!
Website Development and project management for all clients
Collaborate with existing developers
Site Maintenance
Stay organized and meet deadlines with our project management
Design and implement creative solutions for marketing websites and internal applications
Collaborate with the existing developers on project scope and design approach
Stay organized with our project management system Teamwork
Fast learner for other miscellaneous tasks

Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years front-end web development experience and WordPress experience
Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
Have the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing client requests
Ability to work well under pressure in an environment of rapidly changing deadlines and priorities
Work on multiple projects simultaneously in various phases- concept, design, production edits, and finalize
Able to take projects from start to finish with minimum supervision
Aid Project Manager in outlining requirements, project planning, and estimates.

Technical Skills
Experience with HTML5 and adhering to best practices
Experience with CSS3 and CSS Preprocessors
Experience with JavaScript/ES6
Experience with responsive web design and engineering cross-browser, cross-device compliant code
Experience with developing high-quality, semantic, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code
Experience with QA and website debugging

WordPress
Must have knowledge of existing and commonly used WordPress themes and how to modify and re-purpose them
Experience with backing up websites, transferring files and importing/exporting databases
PHP knowledge to modify existing WordPress template files
Can speak to, recommend and offer WordPress solutions for specific functionality requirements
Experience with Visual Composer and creating custom modules to be reused in WordPress
Experience with WordPress security best practices
Knowledge of commonly used WordPress plugins
Experience setting up and managing plugins

Personal Skills
Excellent communication skills at all levels, from team members to senior management
Must have the ability to work within a fast paced environment and juggle multiple projects/responsibilities
Must be able to help communicate ideas and best practices to clients
A commitment to quality, and a desire to improve
Must be proactive and self-sufficient

Beneficial Skills
Knowledge of hosting, site migration & DNS
SEO familiarity is a MUST.
Familiar with Adobe suite and working with design files
Clickfunnels, Kartra, Infusionsoft
Zapier
GoDaddy
FTP Servers
Graphic Design/Photoshop Skills
MUST speak English fluently ;)

Compensation:
Depending on experience: up to 100k php per month
