Superstar Virtual Assistant

Hi there,

I'm looking for a superstar VA for my digital marketing agency who is excellent and experienced in project management, managing staff and using the respective software to do so.

Somebody I don't need to follow-up, who gets everyone on our team in line, sets deadlines with them, follows-up with them, monitors obstacles and helps remove them and gives me daily reports about the status of all ongoing jobs including his/herself's.

I need somebody who is responsive and is able to answer my questions within 2 hours. And somebody who is 100% reliable.

I want someone who wants to become a permanent part of my team. This position can turn into a well-paid full-time job in the future.
