JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:

In need of a virtual assistant that I can delegate certain tasks to while scaling my digital marketing agency. I’m looking for someone that I can rely on and trust. You will be overseeing projects and expected to hit certain deadlines for client work. You will be the first virtual assistant on my team and thus will have an opportunity to be overseeing others in the future from a managerial position.

Position: Part-time Virtual Assistant (Digital Marketing/Webmaster)
Payment Mode: PayPal
Payment Frequency: Weekly
Payment Amount: $3 per hour (starting rate)
Work Schedule: Flexible scheduling - checkup meetings held throughout the week as needed

*Multiple salary increases within a year are possible in order to match VA's skill level. You will receive bonuses on projects that allow % of sale to be utilized. For example: if you are managing a Facebook campaign for a client with a goal to sell products using Facebook advertising and sales funnels, you will receive a portion of each sale (the first product you will be working with is $39.99 and you will receive $1.00 per sale). This allows you to see a return on investment with quality work, if the campaign performs well, you have the potential to earn a large amount of money. As we grow, as do you.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing - Facebook business manager ad campaign implementation/creation and management
You will be expected to meet with me on a weekly basis (more if needed) to discuss the goals of current Facebook campaigns. You will be expected to create fully functioning and successful Facebook advertising campaign. You will be provided with the overarching strategy of the campaign, and will be expected to implement the campaign effectively.

2. Webmaster - Changes to websites storefront (clickfunnels experience preferred)
You will be expected to know how to navigate clickfunnels to help design/create landing pages/sales funnels that are required in running a successful Facebook advertising campaign. You will be expected to make tweaks to the website as needed and understand Facebook pixel implementation. (If you have experience with other webdesign platforms, please mention).

3. Administrative Tasks
As we progress and build trust, you will be asked to monitor other Virtual Assistants and begin training them to fill your role. As we develop our relationship, I hope to soon be discussing campaign strategy and bouncing ideas, as you will have a stake in the campaigns ---------- sired Candidate Profile:
