Need support for Shopify Web, Data management, and more

Looking for an experienced Shopify developer to work on my eCommerce store. The website was built on a existing theme called "turbo 2019". We need it to rebuilt the landing pages and optimized website for speed.

Requirements:
1) Daily Detailed Updates (including what was done, and what is the priority). Tracked in a Google Spreadsheet.
2) Must be fully responsive and mobile optimized
3) Must rank Pagespeed with A+ on various page speed test sites
