A Content Writer and awesome PA to an online wedding planning website

We have an existing online wedding planning website, but due to personal reason, our awesome staff needs some time off. Thus we are looking for someone to take over, and keep growing the site and the community.

Content writing

We have 3 types of content. Tips and Advices, Real Weddings, Images. You need to be able to write articles for the female readers, potential brides. The articles need to relatable, useful, informative, and at the same time, SEO savy to help with ranking. SEO writing is a very important skills as we will create quite a few content per week, and it would be a complete waste if they are not SEO savy, as well as being relatable.
-Real Weddings - need to proactively connect with brides and vendors to get real wedding stories and images. brides love this section.
-Vendors : We need to constantly grow this. Need to develop and follow a good and effective stragety to find new vendors, follow up, and help them to create new vendor profiles

VA duties:
-Newsletter : we use Moosend to keep in touch with our vendors and members
-help run competitions on FB and Instagram
-Collage images from our vendors and brides, tag, metadata, upload to our website, and provide to us so we can then share on social media
-And of course whatever other tasks required.

Skills and traits required:
-excellent writing. You will need to do a sample writing so we can judge your style.
-pay attention to details. This is extremely important, from grammar and spelling error free images, to correctly attribute all content and images to the proper authors etc. We dont want to receive emails telling us our content is wrong, or images attributed to the wrong person and vendor
-amazing communication. if you need help, let us know. If you are in trouble, talk to us. if you need time off, explains to us. We are here to help you, in order to help us.
