We are looking for an expert customer service representative with experience working in E-Commerce. We currently don't have any members, but we are looking to add 1-3 members to our support team.
You will be trained by me and given assignments to complete. when you apply include the word blue and tell us about your previous customer service experience.
Requirements:
-Experience using Zendesk
-Experience doing customer service for E-commerce stores
Responsibilities:
-Respond to customers using Zendesk and sometimes gmail in perfect English
-Issue refunds according to our refund policy
-Respond to customer inquires quick and accurately (within 1 business day)
