Hello,

Thanks for visiting our job ad! We’re looking to bring on one new face to our expanding Customer Support department.

Whilst this is a remote job, wherein you work from the comfort of your home. We’re looking to hire in Manila only. For the first two weeks – we would like to offer training in person, thereafter you can work at home in your pajamas!

As a backstory, we have been around for over 10+ years! We work with Real Estate agents across the United States of America and Canada to help them better market themselves in a hyper competitive market. Our current product consists of 14 different book topics each with hundreds of covers to choose from.

A Realtor can pay a monthly or annual fee to own the licensing rights to the books and we will print and ship it directly to their door-step. Cool right!?

Tasks & Responsibilities (Included but not limited to)
- In & Outbound Email Support
- In & Outbound Phone Support
- In & Outbound Live Chat Support

Our primary objective day-over-day is to make sure all engagements are handled with the utmost care and professionalism.

Some of the tools we use:
- Hubspot
- Infusionsoft
- Magento
- Aircall
- Asana

Salary & Hours of Operation:
- Monday – Friday – 12 PM – 9 PM EST
- Weekly Pay via PayPal
- Rate: 40,000-44,000 Per Month
( ---------- per hour)
- 2 – 15-minute paid breaks daily with a (not paid) 1-hour lunch break.

Qualification’s Needed:
- Prior Phone, Email, and Live Chat support experience. You will be handling a large number of tickets and need to be well experienced with a large workload.
- Experience using Google Suite. E.g Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets.
- Must have a ***EXCELLENT*** command on verbal and written English.
- Stable Broadband Internet Connection.
- Ability to do multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A peaceful, clean and quiet working environment.
- Your own Laptop/Desktop w/ an external microphone.
- Willingness to learn and listen.
- *If you have references from past employers it would be preferred but not required*
