We are a team of highly successful and extremely busy real estate agents in Philadelphia We are going to close many transactions this year and consider this to be the most important hire on our real estate team.

We are looking for someone amazing that our clients will love and that will treat our clients with the respect and the professionalism they deserve.

We want someone who is willing and able to take ownership of all marketing and advertising for our team.

Primary responsibilities will be:
Grow the Business through Leads, Referrals, and Talent that Generate Leads and Referrals

? Database growth
? Tracking and Measuring all Marketing procedures and ROI
? Maintain the operations manual that documents all Marketing Systems and Standards
? Online Relationship Building with all contacts social media including, but not limited to
o Facebook
o Twitter
o Linked In
o Google Plus
? Directly responsible for all ads for TALENT and for creating a talent and image campaign for recruits/new hires
? Directly responsible for all Direct Mail Campaigns
? Directly responsible for all Special Events
? Directly responsible for Customer Welcome Home Parties
? Directly responsible for Closing Gifts, Referral Gifts, Special Occasions
? Directly responsible for unity of brand and style: business cards, packets, yard signs etc.
? Directly responsible for all internet campaigns, organic and pay per click
? Directly responsible for Brand Management
? Directly Responsible for Public Relations
? Directly Responsible for Client Current Care and After Care programs
? Directly responsible for obtaining testimonials: both in Video and in writing
? Directly responsible for all website management, imaging and branding
? Directly responsible on any new Marketing Projects and then following through with accountability on delivery and results from all team members involved
? Directly responsible for Call Campaigns
? Directly responsible for Video, Social Media and Photo releases of Teams as well as PR management with members
? Directly responsible for Vendor Relations as involved with co marketing
? Directly responsible for Open House Campaign
? Hires, Leads and Trains all marketing administrative team members including but not limited to lead coordinator, database manager, Social Media Concierge and Customer Service
? Will meet all database goals and keep a 411 for goals and projects
? Report weekly to key leaders numbers of contacts in database, percentage of communication increase, contacts to customer/client sales, numbers of referrals, Cost to ROI programs, campaign reporting

Narrative
The Marketing Director is both creative in nature and a builder. This person thrives under pressure and has the ability to change quickly with a market shift. The Marketing Director is driven by results and displays excitement and passion about a well-received message. He/She understands that it will be more about team results than just what he/she can do. The Marketing Director is very technologically capable yet creative. This person is will be able to quickly identify with his audience understanding what message and product will appeal to that audience. The Marketing Director will be focused on results therefore willing to create a plan and follow it through while measuring. The Marketing Director will be play a key role in budgets and projections as the marketing team will carry a large part of the expenses. The Marketing Director will be so driven for results, that she will be motivated to help her team members with value propositions. He will be obsessed with providing value in exchange for information.

Again, we are looking for a POSITIVE PERSON with the ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and courtesy. We are dealing with the biggest financial transaction of people's lives. Emotions can run high!

Creating logos and brochures a plus
Event planning and fundraising is also a plus

? Extremely proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Project, Publisher and Excel, all social media and general knowledge of windows/computers. Comfortable working with Adobe PDF

? A plus if you are familiar with Trendmls, Zipforms, and Constant Contacts.


Daily tasks include monitoring transactions, general internal paperwork, marketing to new clients (both email and print advertising), answering telephones, tracking dates and deadlines as well as various marketing activities. With experience within this role you will be expected to reply to clients' email and phone questions and requests directly. This position offers an exciting, fast paced atmosphere in a very people-oriented business.
