SALES REPORTING ASSOCIATE

YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF:

Effectively & efficiently provide an extensive range of reporting and analysis services for the Sales & Marketing Department
Gathers/follows through reports from the Sales Invoicing Dept. to consolidate/tally with the gathered/received reports from the Accounting Dept.
Maintains/monitors/develops timely, all sales/returns/A&P reports on a daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis accordingly to the necessary specifications
Summarizing/Customizing these reports (e.g. Ranked with percentages) for the effective communications with the intended receiver.
Other compliances of circumstantial report request from management and other departments (free goods/bad orders/good stock reports, sampling request reports, overstock/near-expiry reports)
Immediate informing of possible existing internal discrepancies, for rectification

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO:

Has a College Degree in business related courses, preferably Accounting/Finance
Preferably has working experience in the given field
Has proficiency in report-based Microsoft Excel functions (e.g. pivot table, formulations, hotkeys)
Is precise & concise and is keen to details
Highly motivated to excel in assigned task
Can effortlessly multitask and still maintain a positive working attitude
Hardworking and team-oriented
Able to operate under pressure and with less supervision
Can make sound judgement
