CAFÉ ATTENDANT / CASHIER / SERVER

YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF:

Warmly & graciously welcoming guest upon arrival; and efficiently escort them to their table
Setting up seated guest with table napkin, silverware & glasses
Presenting the menu and ensure correct note of guest order/s; answer with detailed information the questions of the guest (e.g. dish information, recommended item, portion, etc.)
Offering/suggesting/up-selling additional items when appropriate (e.g. promos, season’s specialties, etc.)
Ensuring correct guest order is transacted with Kitchen Staffs; and served to guest, timely.
Managing accurate cashiering transactions, maintains sales & inventory reports
Responsibly receiving, recording & displaying of retail items
Responsibly receiving, recording & displaying of other documentations (e.g. bills, etc.)
Properly clearing-out dined-in tables for immediate usage by next guests. Silverware, plates & glasses are carried out to the Washer
Preserving and safeguarding the food and service satisfaction of the guest’s dining experience.
Expressing gratitude towards the guest on their exit & invite them to return

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO:

Has a College Degree related but not limited to any customer oriented course
Preferably has working experience in the given field
Is willing to render work for evening shifts and flexible for holiday shifts
Is willing to be assigned in either Makati or QC
Is fluent in communicable English; confident to handle customers and has great interpersonal skills
Is persuasive and sensitive to customer needs
Is highly motivated to excel in assigned task
Can effortlessly multitask and still maintain a positive working attitude
Is hardworking and team-oriented
Is able to operate under pressure and with less supervision
Can make sound judgement
