Looking for a wordpress site maker, who speaks reasonably good english.

Looking for a wordpress site maker, must be able to build the sites from
the ground up including all design, graphics and be able to make the sites
look attractive and different from each other.

The sites must look like real sites, thus I also want them populated
with some content to, you can use wprobot for this or whatever plugins you like.

I'm looking for somebody who I can just give you a list of niches i.e categories

i.e car insurance, mortgages, cars etc.

And you will be able to build nice quality wordpress sites, with all designs
themes, content, plugins done so I don't have to do anything with them once
there ready.

Looking for quality around the same as the blogs on here
