About You:
We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and personable team member with the ability to see the big picture as well as the small details, and continue to evolve our marketing tactics to further Exogenix’s position as the industry trailblazer. As the Associate of our Marketing Department you will develop a comprehensive marketing strategy. You will create and oversee several campaigns, including digital, social media, retail, and wellness programs campaigns. You will work closely with the CEO/COO and other team leaders, as well as with other divisions within the company. You will also act as a liaison with our partners and different agencies.

Your Responsibilities:
* Post new photos, advertisements, website/blog Content
* Provide Excel sheet(s) with links to all your marketing posts daily
* Create and implement creative and innovative advertising, branding and promotional and grassroots campaigns across multiple platforms.
* Build and promote the Exogenix’s awareness, brand and reputation to develop deep local relationships with fans, local partners and key stakeholders.
* Share learnings and best practices with colleagues and cross-functional business partners (Marketing Program Execution).
* Agile and flexible with regards to changing priorities and business needs and in working with diverse teams and people

Your Qualifications:
* 1 year of consumer marketing and digital marketing experience in an e-commerce or online services company
* Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills
* Strongly analytical: must be able to synthesize information from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions
* Superior ability to build strong relationships of trust and unity across the organization
* Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
