Online Assitant who will send E-Mails to get me paid jobs and sponsors (Canon Sponsored Photographer)

My name is Tim Upgrade to see actual info and I am a 21-year-old, Canon sponsored photographer, filmmaker & social media content creator from Upgrade to see actual info is an award-winning photographer who is not only published in The Telegraph or Huffington Post but also exhibited at the world biggest photography trade fare „Photokina“. He has proven to differentiate himself from other photographers through utterly rare content around the world and powerful visual storytelling that gave him the opportunity to work with brands as Sennheiser, Oakley or Canada Goose and ensured him a sponsorship from Canon Germany continuing since already more than two years.

The main task is finding potential sponsors and partners (mostly Travel Agencies, Restaurants/ Hotels, and Fashion Brands) for high-quality video and image creation (interior and commercial) and for Instagram Influencer marketing deals via email.??
Must have good writing skills and ability to sell (My personal Mail template and Media Kit will be included so it's not much of work - I just need to be sure that you propose to each seperate brand or agency in its own unique way).
Some deals are non paid collaborations and some are paid partnerships. My goal is to get as many paid partnerships as possible and secure a monthly retainer from a big sponsor like Momondo, Kayak etc. I offer a 10% commission for every paid work (avg. deal range 300-5000$) but only 5% on monthly sponsorship you get me.

Preferably, I'm looking for someone who has previously worked with Photographers, Videographers and Instagram Influencer and is familiar with media marketing and Instagram.?? If you’re familiar with picture editing that might be a bonus since I am thinking of getting an assistant who’ll edit all the images I take. Definitely, not a necessary skill at this point though would be great for the future.

Regarding the amount of hours, I’d like to start from 2-3 hours a day, 2 times a week to find my perfect match, my long term assistant and hopefully a friend! ??I’ll be back in Germany / Switzerland soon and would prefer to start as soon as possible,?Please, feel free to contact me with offer and resume!
