YOU WILL REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING:
- Male
- Have your own computer with a minimum 5 MBPS Internet connection.
(fast and consistent enough for skype customer service calls)
- Speaks, Reads, and Writes good English.
- Quiet room free from Distractions
- Can use Skype.
- Has a PayPal account.
- Is willing to learn new things
- Can work full-time (40 hours per week)

THESE ARE THE REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Online retail customer service experience (order processing, email/live chat/phone, customer service, delivery tracking, liaise with suppliers, refunds)
- Good communication skills for communicating with customers and suppliers via phone, email and live chat
- Excellent with the google apps suite (mail, drive, docs, spreadsheets)
- Update and Create Standard Operating Procedure Documentation
- Attention to detail
- Great time management skills
- Have a happy and vibrant attitude and happy to help where necessary

APPRECIATED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:
- Plumbing knowledge (knowledge related to our business)
- Experience with Magento eCommerce platform
- Experience with Xero Accounting platform for creating invoices, purchase orders etc
