Welcome and thanks for taking the time to look at my job posting. I am seeking a highly motivated virtual assistant that can help primarily with Sourcing and Product Research for e-commerce products. Currently, we sell men's dress accessories and shoelaces primarily on ---------- . Please let me know if you think you might be a good fit for this opportunity.

Product Research Development and Design:
- Identify trends in the market and be able to create recommendations of the products the business should begin selling
- Research reviews of other products to identify ways to improve on our ideas and what to stay away from
- Understand all costs and potential profits for each product identified
- Present the findings to me in a clear and easy to understand format
- 2+ years of experience

Product Sourcing Alibaba+Others:
- Ability to identify manufacturers that can produce the products identified
- Create an RFQ and respond to manufacturers
- Communication with manufactures
- Negotiating prices with suppliers with findings from research and multiple quotes
- Requesting samples from suppliers
- Placing orders
- 2+ years of experience

Amazon Seller Central
- Listing optimization and recommendations
- Ability to create product listings in Amazon Seller Central via flat sheet
- Ability to maintain and update product listings in Seller Central
- Keyword optimization
- Ability to create Promotions, Coupons, and Sales
- Inventory management
- Ability to create inbound FBA shipments and reconcile inventory as needed
- Responding to seller reviews and product reviews
- Customer service mostly utilizing templates

Required Skills and experience
- 2+ years of product research and product sourcing experience
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A self-directed employee that is looking to grow within the company
- Ability to identify what resources you need to perform your job and communicate those with me

- Social Media Marketing Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Quickbooks bookkeeping
- Experience with Shopify and or Ebay
- Write and speak any of these additional languages German, French, Spanish, Italian
- Amazon PPC Management
