Blogger and virtual assistant

Hello,
We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic individual with good communication skills to work as a blogger and virtual assistant.
The person will assist us in creating blogs, web2.0 properties (squidoo, blogspot and so on), upload youtube videos, post on wordpress blogs and websites (our own site). There will be tasks related to data research , entry from website to excel sheets, compiling word documents. The person should able to rewrite articles (existing articles or content after compiling from website). The individual should able to learn quickly. We prefer who has basic understanding of SEO to make onsite optimization of our blogs as we tell. (at least able to learn basic onsite SEO quickly).
We are looking for a computer literate as we see an ideal candidate will be moving to a different responsibility in short time (2-4 months).
Main expectations:
1. Honest
2. Timely reporting
3. Intimating in advance if non available for a specific time
4. Able to work and manage responsibilities with minimum supervision

There is a good growth potential for right candidate who stay with us more than a year.
