AWESOME Long Term Job for WordPress EXPERT

For the right person this can be a truly amazing job. For the wrong person it simply will not work.

This is a full time job and it will last for years.

I have a very profitable website. I mention this because a lot of employers on online are not profitable and only hope to be so they end up running out of money and having to fire their employees.

My profitable site has more valuable content then any other site in its niche on the web. It has a LOT of members who are very active and paying for the right to access it.

What I need is a SUPER WP expert to help me build out more functionality and features so that the members are more and more happy with the site.

The site is integrated with Infusionsoft using iMember360, which is like a programming language in the stuff it can do. It's got a lot of content, and so optimizing it for speed, making sure it's responsive and fast is really important. 20,000 people can come to the site in an hour, so it has to be powerful.

This means that the person who I hire for this job has to have to be able to FIGURE STUFF OUT.

A WP Expert who can not edit any PHP, or doesn't understand other programming languages, or can't learn new things quickly will not work.

You will need to be the kind of person who can quickly and easily look up tech matters and codes on Google.

Pay for this job is 20,000 PHP per month plus bonuses.

There will be PLENTY of work for full time hours for years. This is NOT a project where I am asking for a site to be set up and forgotten. Remember where I mentioned above that I have a large live active community...

Activity and systems with this community are constantly evolving and growing. In part it is this community and its activity that will be giving us a LOT of our SEO power. It is the largest paid community in this niche.

I also have a team of really awesome and fun employees who have been dedicated to building our community for some time. And since I will be expanding the number of contributors to the site you will be the main tech help person for them if they have any problems.

Currently some of my other employees are in the US and I can pretty much ONLY speak and write in English so your English HAS to be good enough for all work related communications.
