Job Description:
•Creatively producing all social media strategies, social channel updates, and mobile campaigns to support marketing goals. Includes content creation and implementation.
•Helps in budget planning, media spend and expense tracking.
•Develops strategic mobile campaigns.
•Grows and expands company social media presence on existing platforms plus increases presence into new social media and mobile platforms.
•Collaborate with the marketing group, to ensure brand consistency and communicate the brand in a positive, authentic way across all social platforms.
•Stay up-to-date with current technologies and best practices in digital marketing, social media, design tools, and applications.
•Develop relevant and engaging written, photographic, and video content for our social platforms and target audiences.
•Monitor and respond to guest reviews, comments and questions from our online community in a timely manner and monitor guest reviews.
•Measure and analyze audience growth, engagement, content reach, engagement by content type, response rate and feedback.
•Utilize
•Communicate trends and customer feedback to appropriate internal teams.
•Provides proactive analytics of customer data, conversions, interactions, and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
•Comply with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc.
•Promote internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior.
•Other related duties as assigned.
