JOB OVERVIEW

We need someone who first and foremost wants to help people. We're looking for someone who thrives off of caring for and helping others.

You will need to:

- answer emails regarding customers questions, complaints, and issues
- answer community member's questions on social media

We will be providing templates for handling the questions that come in, but our hope is that you weave your own personal care for the customer into each interaction.

Qualifications
- ability to learn new programs and platforms
- proficiency in Gmail
- highly proficient with English as most of our customers are English speakers
