Instagram Growth Strategist

Looking for an Instagram Growth Strategist who can assist my social media agency with growing our accounts through strategic outreach and engagement.

I am looking for a high level communicator who is detail oriented and can "get" the voice of the brand they are representing.

You need to be a hard working dedicated individual who can get results without a ton of direction from me. I need someone who can come up with creative ideas on how to do outreach to grow Insta accounts.

I will offer a 5% monthly bonus to anyone who is able to keep good timekeeping each month - ie. is responsive and works within certain hours so I am able to get ahold of them for questions or ---------- order to apply, please do a video of yourself and explain:

- why you are a good fit for this position
- why the time change won't matter (will you work EST hours?)
- how quickly you are able to respond to requests from me
- your experience if any with Instagram marketing and growth strategy
- what outreach and engagement is on Instagram and how you would do that.
