We are looking for a motivated WordPress EXPERT with good English writing skills.
We need a WordPress wizard to help us with simple and advanced client tickets. This role involves knowing how WordPress works deeply and also understanding how to fix complex issues that arise on WordPress sites.

The Role: Tier 2 Developer, Customer Support
Responsibilities:
- Clients submit tickets which end up in our inbox
- You must review each request and make sure we cover it under our support plan
- Use your expert skills to help with things like custom templates, child themes, server management, site migrations, hacked sites, etc
- You will write detailed replies to clients letting them know what you did to resolve their issue
- You will work with a team of developers to help finish client tickets
Skills:
- English Reading and Writing skills are a must
- Webmaster for WordPress and WordPress servers
Details:
- Tuesday - Saturday (12am - 8am PHT which covers our operating hours of 11am - 7pm CST)
- Salary = 45,000 PHP, this is a full time role. We pay weekly via PayPal and you can take sick days and vacation time and it won't effect your pay :)
- Your job is to simply keep our clients happy by helping them quickly resolve their WordPress issues
