Telemarketing for loan company

We are in the business of hard money loans. You can research a bit more about hard money loans on Google if you are curious to know exactly what we offer. We are located in California so I would need for somebody to work on our time zone. The hours would be 9 AM until 5 PM Monday through Thursday. And 9 AM until noon on Friday.

Our presentation is basically very short and to the point so the rejection ratio is a very very low. We are not trying to sell anybody anything. We are merely making them aware of who we are and asking if they have any hard money loans they are currently working on that they could use our help with.

What I need first and foremost is somebody that speaks very good English with a mild accent. When people receive a call from us the last thing they want to do is to struggle in any way trying to understand what is being said by the telemarketer.

I also need somebody that is extremely organized. We will be calling realtors and loan brokers. We will be accessing these people by searcking places like LinkedIn, Facebook, Google. So the last thing we want to do is have a lot of duplications with regard to who is being called versus who has already been called. So I would need somebody that could set up a systematic plan to avoid duplications.

I am not looking for somebody with sales skills necessarily . This job is more along the lines of hiring somebody with good communication skills and good organizational skills and a good command of the English language.

We will be offering not only a salary but an incentive program so that each person that you get interested that ends up doing a loan with us will result in bonuses for you as well.

So you will basically prescreen them to see if what they need help with is something that we in fact can offer them. I will provide you with information about what services we offer so that you will be knowledgeable enough to determine whether we in fact can help them. I'm not looking for you to stay on the phone a long time with them to go deeper and deeper but mostly to just find out if it appears what they need is something we can in fact help them with.

Once you determine we can most likely help I would be the one calling them back. You are essentially my bird-dog! That is an American expression so hopefully you know what I mean.

Ideally you will have a skype phone with unlimited call capability. If not, I will provide a magicJack so that you can make phone calls to the United States via your computer or phone line without incurring any charges whatsoever. People must also be able to call you back on the magicJack phone. I am using magicJack plus so this can actually be tied into the Internet and or you can plug-in an actual telephone to magicJack and be utilizing a phone. Whichever you prefer is fine.
