- Graduate of Hospitality or any related course
- 3-5 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader
- 5 years of experience as Front Desk Associate in a hotel or similar industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Strong background in customer service
- Foreign language is an advantage
- Strong personality
