WordPress Developer needed for simple blog site clean-up work

We have an existing WordPress blog but it has some custom coding on it, and we don't have a developer on staff. We need a capable WordPress developer to quickly:

1. swap out our logo
2. change the background
3. make the site more mobile-responsive

Our timeline is pretty urgent, so we'd ask you to apply only if you have near-term availability.
