detailed Illustrations for t-shirts

I need someone to work on illustrations for a t-shirt designs ( see Flyland designs on google, that's the style I want to achieve). It will part-time job for a first 3 months (4h per day) and full time after that. Communicative English in writing is a must. Fast turnaround is a something that I will consider with picking a designer. Please send me portfolio and tell me how long it will take you to make such a design.
