compiling emails, creating pdfs for a hypnosis coaching business

I have emails from competitors i would like to reword and structure into an email sequence, then a list of tools and stories i use with clients i would like to systematize and create pdfs for easy review with clients. I need help to talk through the order and structure of the program so some creativity and awareness of how the mind works would be a great bonus! This is my first time having an assistant.
