We're looking for a passionate person to join the team to join us in our rapid growth journey. Our company is a progressive agile and innovation firm who needs administrative support from someone who'll suit our culture well and challenge us to be better as an organisation.
The successful applicant will be forward thinking, outcome focused (rather than task focused) and capable at problem solving. They'll know when questions need to be asked to get clarity on an activity or when they have enough information to get the job done.
This role is best suited for someone who thinks different and wants to join a purpose driven organisation that will allow them to grow with the business. Eventually, it's likely this will transition to a full time role. If on the other hand, you see this as a short to medium term role, mention that in your application - we're open to helping people on their journey, even if that journey is with us for a short while.
Over time we'll also arrange basic training during work hours to help you deeply understand the core concepts of our business.
ABOUT THE Opportunity:
This will have varying needs, so you'll need to be a generalist. Key activities:
- Personal assistant to the CEO
- Supporting our vibrant consulting community on Slack
- Organising community events
- Responding to client
- Editing and posting blogs (not authoring)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Part time on business days for a few hours a day (40 hours a month)
- Operation hours a close as possible to AU business hours preferred (8:00am to 5:00pm AEST)
- Location: Phillipines
- Someone good-hearted, kind, motivated, and smart, who we will enjoy working with
- Fluent English speaker and ability to write like a native speaker (at minimum C1 level)
- Detail-oriented, understanding how the task relates to a broader objective
- Self starter with astute problem solving skills
- An ability to work hard on customer service, and maintain a positive attitude with every person you
- Willing to challenge yourself and others to improve (including our CEO!)
