JOB OVERVIEW

Requirements:
- Graduate with Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years experience in US Company
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Good interpersonal and time management skills

Compensation:

Working Hours :
- 9am to 5pm Pacific time

Skills:
- Accuracy, completeness, and continuous improvement of company documentation system (Docsys)
- Gather information and update Score Card
- Control the flow of essential information in the organization
- Oversight on production, exceptions to SOP
- Liaison to production for Accounting, HR, IT and Legal
- Support
- Enforce adherence to policy, procedure and process
- Enforce human resource recommendations
- Administrate time cards, HR leaves and
- 1:1’s for admin team
- Facilitate admin portion of AHOD
- Facilitate admin portion of Production Meeting
- Budgets & Financial Approvals
- Receiving and resolution of internal IT issues
- Oversee and coordinate internal marketing plan
- Ensure that Sales gets an acceptable amount of leads in order to meet sales targets.
- Answer support tickets in times of overflow
- Handle customer complaints
