JOB OVERVIEW

The role will be providing remote support to CEO of Whitmoore in the day to day running of the company. Prioritisation skills are key to organise which tasks CEO addresses first. Initiative is also needed to handle any tasks which do not need CEO input.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Project management - Keep track of daily task board and prioritize as needed. Handling of multiple ongoing work streams.
2. Delegation of tasks - maintaining an overview of all work streams and allocating appropriate tasks to various team members.
3. Communication - interface with CEO, project manager and other team members. Consistently tracking progress of work streams and updating CEO.
4. Scheduling - schedule to-dos for CEO based on relevance and priority.
5. Judgement - organize and structure most relevant tasks and updates for review with CEO.
6. Internal reporting to CEO on all ongoing work streams.

Key skills:
*Completion of task should be prioritized over seeking perfection.
*Excellent English
*Excellent written & verbal communications
*Attention to detail - reply with superstar in heading
*Expert in project management with Trello
*Good word processing & spreadsheet knowledge
