Video Editor / Content Creator

I am looking for an experienced video editor that can get jobs done quickly and efficiently primarily for a youtube channel. I have templates already created so the editing will be pretty quick. I also need someone who is proficient in photoshop to create thumbnails. Plus to candidates who can create ebooks and handle other tasks such as basic website management (shopify), etc.
