Our platform is a web service that provides websites and private online community forums for volunteer groups in schools. Although we have automated welcome series in place, you role would involve welcoming new trial users and personalizing your assistance to their needs, also check on existing users to ensure they get the best out of the service.

Some manual updates to our CRM system may be required to keep track of customer account status, based on their activity using the system. The role may involve a variety of tasks - it is an interesting role and I look forward to working with you on this feel-good community-oriented project!
