Sales Lead Conversion - All training provided - Basic website knowledge required

Skylink Technologies is looking to expand its team and currently on the lookout for a new online sales conversion specialist.

This role doesn't require any specific previous experience, but enthusiasm and ability to follow basic instructions is a must. You would also need to be able to think on your feet and build rapport with potential clients.

Skylink Technologies is a digital agency which builds websites for various Australian clients.

We are in need of a Virtual Assistant to chase the leads that will be given to them. The role is working online utilising several lead websites, but it is also likely to include email conversions and the occasional phone interaction.

The product being converted is primarily websites but can include other digital services like SEO and Logo design. You would need to understand the basics of all of this, only in the sense of which you need to talk to a client to sell them, but are not expected to know the technical side of any of it. Once converted, you would hand the job to the project manager and the technical team to complete the work.

This is a full time position for 40 hours per week.
