White Hat Link Builder Needed -- $400/mo full time

Immediate opening for a part/full time link builder. Should have experience building links using acceptable white hat only practices. Must be able to start immediately and be able to begin with little/no instruction.

Project Expectations:

* Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement

* Must be dependable and able to complete projects on time and on budget. Do not disappear without keeping in touch. Do not expect to be paid when you don't do the work. You know, the usual things that get you fired in the real world.

* You must be able to research and define acceptable/appropriate websites

* You must be able to communicate orally and in writing in impeccable USA English. Seriously...your communication must
be outstanding.

* You must use only (again, ONLY) best practices for white hat link building. Don't know if you are white hat? Then scroll above to see what we allow and what are big no-nos.

* You must be able to provide a weekly report by Sunday at Noon New York, USA time. This report should include sites you have contacted (along with contact details, who you spoke to, notes, etc.), the status of the link (e.g. submitted/pending review, in discussion, unable to reach, active link, etc.) as well as the URL where the link can be found and the URL where that backlink points to.

* You should use Buzzstream exclusively to keep track of your link progress, etc. We should be able to log in at any time and see waht you are working on, what the status is of any link, etc.

* You must be able to provide between 10-20 new links per week. (We do provide some wiggle room. These are target/goals.) Focus on quality not quantity.

* Links which you provide as "active link" must be able to be found when using link monitoring tools such as Backlink monitor software OR BuzzStream.

* Time tracking is to be handled via Hive Desk. We will supply you with access. This will only be required for the first 90 days to determine the amount to pay you. Additionally, we want to track screenshots to ensure that
