JOB OVERVIEW

You will be reporting directly to me for your daily tasks.

Your daily tasks include:
1. Customer Service
Replying to emails everyday.
Managing customers that have specific questions.

2. Managing Facebook/Instagram comments
Liking comments and posting replies to comments
Replying to private messages that customers send
