QUALIFICATIONS:
-Experience as an HR assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
-Computer literacy (MS Office)
-Knows how to keep and monitor 201 Files
-Strong communications skills
-Basic knowledge of labor laws
-Applicants must be willing to work in Mabolo, Cebu City
-Has positive attitude and commitment to work
-Has experience or is willing to learn macro programming
-Willing to work on a graveyard shift
Job Responsibilities:
-Assist in the day to day operations of the HR functions, duties
-Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; maintaining personnel records.
-Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, tracking vacation & sick leaves
-Orients new employees, reviewing company policies.
-Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
-Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
-Providing clerical and administrative support
