The main responsibility of this job is as follows:
a, through the mail, telephone, online instant chat and other tools to deal with Amazon customers' problems asap, to ensure that customers enjoy a good buying experience here.
b, through our own communication and service, let customers remove negative reviews, or update a negative review into a positive one. Or ask customers to share a positive review.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. 1 to 3 years of customer service experience on Amazon/Lazada/Shopify or other B2C platforms; familiar with various operating and platform policies; skilled to deal with different kinds of customer issues
2. Have good communication skills and strong execution;
3. Quick learner, resistant to stress, and a strong sense of ownership of one’s work;
4. WILLING TO WORK IN MAKATI
