We are looking for someone who can take care of our Amazon stores’ valued customers. You will be contacting them through
Your tasks will include:
- analyze customer issues and scenarios to come up with effective resolutions to ensure 100% satisfaction
- think of ways how to turn the customer’s bad experience into a satisfying buying experience in our store
- reach out to customers posting negative reviews about our products through phone and
- work with our Chinese product experts to find more effective ways to prevent the same issues and complaints from happening again
