iSolutions Global Connect is in need of Sales Representative who meets and exceeds sales targets by nurturing in-bound leads that come to us, finding and attracting sales prospects using telesales, social media, networking and leveraging online/offline relationships.
Important activities include:
• Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling, closing sales over the phone
• Must be proficient at conducting needs analysis
• Follow a transactional sale model with a 1-2 call close and script.
• Ability to engage clients as you build relationships quickly and effectively
• Organized, independent, resourceful and diligent in maintaining CRM data
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Contacting potential customers via phone and e-mail.
• Acquiring new clients and taking them through the process of building and launching a website using our best in class ecommerce software.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Make daily calls to a variety of local business owners across the US
• Establish and maintain a pipeline through lead generation
• Creating, developing and retaining business relationships with our customers
• Leading Sales efforts via cold calling, gathering sales intelligence and ability to handle objections
• Using business development skills to identify, qualify, obtain and develop relationships with prospective clients through the Internet or other lead generating opportunities
• Identifying services and pricing that meet customer needs to make business objectives
• Maintaining solid understanding of current market conditions and business trends to create offers that will boost company margins
• Driving Profitable Revenue and growth year over year through recognition and realization of opportunities
• Participating actively in growth of division and exceeding team goals
• Gathering information to make solid independent decisions
About You
Qualifications:
• 0-4 years of experience in an inside sales team
• Exceptional phone and communication skills with the ability to sell at decision-making levels and close deals quickly over the phone
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Internet Savvy
• Sound knowledge of and passion for the web and web-based software products preferred
• Ambitious, self-motivated, goal-oriented and extremely driven
• A work ethic based on dedication to the company and its mission
• An eagerness to learn a new business and work your way up
You are comfortable working in a very entrepreneurial setting – in fact you enjoy it and thrive on the fast pace, the flexibility and the creativity that is required to do that. You are comfortable working with high level decision makers; at the same time you are equally adept at helping end users understand your product and solution.
You are confident and capable of having high level business conversations related to complex technology and have the ability to translate these features and details into simple meaningful language for your prospects.
In the past you have been successful even when working in a remote setting with limited supervision.
